IMPORTANT: Before beginning this process, make sure to release the shackle from the lockbox. Once you’ve completed the steps, you will place the lockbox on the property.
⚠️ Do not release the shackle until the lockbox is being removed due to a sale or cancellation of the listing. Releasing the shackle removes any custom settings, so it should only be done when the lockbox is no longer needed on the property.
Scenario 1: Subscriber is Primary in Oregon and is placing the lockbox on a WA property. Continue with Customization below.
Scenario 2:Subscriber is Primary with Lincoln County Board of REALTORS - FLEX MLS.
They can use a LCBOR lockbox but will have to Customize the Region to show as RMLS -
User Profile
While in Lincoln County or RMLS region, go to the profile and toggle to the Primary area
If in LC toggle to LC
If in RMLS region toggle to the primary region

How to Customize Region on lockbox
Customizing a Region on the SentriKey App:
Tap the Menu button (three bars in top left – hand corner)
Go to My Lockboxes
Go to Assign/Unassign Property
Choose the lockbox you are assigning
Select the listing to which you are assigning the lockbox, select “Assign to Property”
Select Region: The next screen that will appear, it will allow you to customize the region
Open the key compartment with the SentriKey app, using a Bluetooth connection. Do not use codes, that will not push the customization through. This applies to the 3.6 model and the SentriGuard model
DO NOT release the shackle once this is completed! Once it is released the customization will be removed and will loose reciprocity!
If the address is not there start adding by typing the street number only. Allow it to give you options, you should see the full address drop down Select it.
Select a Region: click the drop down arrow to select the region the lockbox will be in
Click Save
