Listing agents can create, edit or cancel appointments
- As a showing agent of an appointment you can only cancel the appointment
- All canceled appointments stay on the calendar
- Cannot schedule appointments for team members in the app
- Can schedule multiple appointments on a listing for the same time/day
Adding New Appointment Steps - from My Lockboxes:
- Go to the hamburger menu
- Select My Lockboxes
- Select Schedule Appointment
- Select Listing
- Select Showing Agent
- Date and Time defaults to today and current time
- Change date and time
- Select Duration
- Select Appointment Type
- Select Schedule Appointment
- Agent will receive the success screen that their appointment has been created
Adding New Appointment - Steps from My Schedule:
- Go to the hamburger menu
- Select My Schedule
- Select the Plus Sign and the steps will be the same
- proceed to Step 4 above
Editing Appointment:
- Go to the hamburger menu
- Select My Schedule
- Select day of appointment
- Select pencil
- Tap on date/time box to change the date and/or time
- Agent can change the duration
- Agent can change the appointment type
- Agent will get a success screen that the appointment has been modified
- There will be a message center notification sent to the listing agent and showing agent
Cancelling Appointment:
- Go to the hamburger menu
- Select My Schedule
- Select day of appointment
- Select Trash Can
- tap Confirm
- Agent will get a success screen that the appointment has been canceled
- Select Done
- Calendar will update appointment and it'll show a canceled badge
- There will be a message center notification sent to the listing agent and showing agent
Message Center: all show Address, Date, Start and End time
- Message center notices will show Appointment Added message
- Message center notice will show Appointment Changed message
- Message center notice will show Appointment Canceled message
