- No, I do not see it - ask them to click on the link in the email they received again and download it. If they do not have the link you can email it to Subscriber, click here to copy link from website

- Locate the instructor that is teaching the class
- If you do not know who the instructor is, go to TimeTap and locate the class.
- click on Appointments located on top menu bar
- locate class and double click on it
- Staff: this is where you will see the instructors name
- Classroom number: the meeting ID is at the end of the link, see image on right
- Subscriber will use the Meeting ID to join the meeting
- Subscriber says they get a page that asks for payment
- let them know that is the wrong link, then email the correct link, click here
- I didn't receive the link to join the webinar
