Add registrant to TimeTap
- Locate the class in the calendar and double click on it
- Select + Add Attendee
- A dialog box will appear with a Client Lookup. Enter the name of the subscriber, and use PROPER CASE i.e. Capitalize the first letter of each name. One of the following will happen:
- If only one subscriber is listed <Name> - <e-mail address> and it is the person you want to register click on their name in the list then move to the next step
- if more than one name appears, use the email address to verify which one you need then click it and move to the next step
- If the client is not in the list, click the Add new client:
- In the Client Quick Add Form enter,
- First Name, should auto fill from your search
- Last Name, should auto fill from you search
- E-mail Address
- Phone number
- Save
- In the Client Quick Add Form enter,
A new dialog box will appear titled Add Attendee to Session, click the option to Add 1 Client to Session
- The next box will be the Save New Appointment box,
- Be sure the Send Client an Email about the new appointment option is checked
- Be sure the Send Staff an email about the new appointment is NOT checked
- Click Save Appointment
Orientation Note: Subscriber MUST take an Orientation class within the first 30 day of becoming a subscriber or after an absence of 12 months or more.
Blacklisted email addresses:
If the subscriber is Blacklisted ( the word blacklisted will appear in parenthesis after their email address )
- Take registration information from the Subscriber and email training@rmls.com, someone in training will need to register this subscriber for the class(es).

Locate Class on Calendar

Enter first & last name, upper/lower case as shown
if you only see the option to "Add new client" this means they are not in the database. You will click "Add Client to Session"

Click Quick Add Form- new users only

Client already exists- you will se name and email.
