1. Always End the Showing in the App
   1. This ensures proper notifications are sent to the listing agent and homeowner.
   2. It also updates the access log for compliance and security.
2. Return the Key Before Ending the Showing
   1. The app provides an option to reopen the key bin to return the key before you tap Dismiss.
3. Do Not Skip the End Showing Step
   1. If you simply close the app without ending the showing, notifications and logs may not update correctly.
4. Follow Association Rules
   1. Some associations require showings to be logged and ended for audit purposes.
   2. Failure to end a showing could violate local MLS or association policies.
5. Agent Safety Feature
   1. If enabled, the app will prompt safety checks during and after the showing. 
   2. Do not disable these unless you are in a safe environment.
   3. When Agent Safety is enabled, the app starts a safety check timer after you open a lockbox.
   4. The app will prompt you every 90 seconds with a safety check:
      1. I’m Okay – Snoozes the check for 60 seconds.
      2. I’m Okay, don’t ask again – Turns off safety checks for the rest of the showing.
      3. Send Alert – Sends a text/email alert to your designated emergency contacts.
   5. If you fail to respond to two consecutive safety checks, the app automatically triggers an alert to your emergency contacts.

Before the Showing

• ✔ Confirm the showing is scheduled and approved in the SentriKey Real Estate App (especially if Access By Appointment Only (ABA) is enabled).
• ✔ Verify your SentriKey credentials are active (green checkmark in the app).
• ✔ Ensure your device settings are ready:
  • Bluetooth ON
  • Location Services ON
  • App updated to latest version
• ✔ Bring your phone (and Apple Watch if using it for lockbox access).

During the Showing

• ✔ Use the SentriKey Real Estate App to open the lockbox.
• ✔ Follow any special instructions (alarm codes, homeowner notes).
• ✔ Keep the key secure and return it to the lockbox before leaving.

Ending the Showing

• ✔ Manually end the showing in the app:
  • Tap End Showing in the Showing Agent Carousel.
  • Confirm notifications are sent.
• ✔ Return the key to the lockbox before tapping Dismiss.
• ✔ If Agent Safety is enabled, complete safety checks.

Compliance Rules

• ❌ Do NOT skip ending the showing—failure to do so may violate association or MLS rules.

• ✔ Always follow association policies for property access and reporting.

1. Open the SentriKey Real Estate App on your mobile device.
2. After you open the lockbox and access the property, the app will display the Success Screen.
3. From there, you’ll enter the Showing Agent Carousel, which includes:
   1. Showing Information
   2. Listing Information
   3. Listing Agent Contact
   4. End Showing (persistent button across all carousel screens)
4. Tap “End Showing”:
   1. This concludes the showing.
   2. Sends notifications to the listing agent and homeowner.
   3. Gives you the option to Return Key or Dismiss.
