To receive the WA state forms via zipForms or Xpress Forms, you will need to apply for secondary membership with Washington REALTORS®.  You can complete their membership application online here https://wr-secondary-member-application.paperform.co/.  Once you submit the online application, please allow up to 48 hours for processing.  If you have questions, please contact Viola Martinez at viola.martinez@warealtor.org or 360.943.3100, ext. 120.

Washington Statewide Forms are available through zipForm, Skyslope, Xpress Forms, and Brokermint. See below for more information:

1. zipForm: A broker can either have a full membership with NWMLS (contact NWLMS for more details) or, you can come directly to us for a membership which will give you access to forms through zipForm’s platform. (You do not need to be a NWMLS member to get access to forms.)
2. Skyslope & Xpress Forms: Xpress Forms is part of NWMLS’s platform; Skyslope is not. However, to access Skyslope or Xpress Forms, a broker must have an active account with the NWMLS. If a broker has a “Statewide Forms only” account with the NWMLS, it is required that brokers have a WR membership to access forms. There are some firms who have a full membership with the NWMLS; in those cases, an individual broker would potentially not need a membership with us to have access to Xpress Forms and Skyslope (contact NWMLS for more details).
3. Brokermint: Full NWMLS members have access to Brokermint regardless of their WR membership if their office has a Brokermint subscription.
