When an account is added into CRM it auto populates two fields in RMLSweb

E-mail #1: this is their Roster e-mail and their login email for RMLSweb
- If a subscriber wants their roster e-mail updated, they have to log-on to RMLSweb and update User Preferences

- Help tab in RMLSweb
- Click on User Preferences
- Let the Subscriber know they may want to look at all the gray tabs to insure they have current info

- If a subscriber wants their roster e-mail updated, they have to log-on to RMLSweb and update User Preferences

E-mail #2: is their CRM e-mail as well as the Market Action and billing e-mail used
- Billing e-mail: you may add a second email address for billing if they wish to have one
- When you update the primary contact e-mail in CRM, it will ONLY update E-Mail #2 in RMLSweb and that’s with a a manual sync.
