Dual Licensing
Dual licensing is about multiple licenses for the same profession across different states. Dual licensing refers to a situation where a subscriber is actively licensed in one state and wishes to add an additional state license. For example, if a subscriber currently holds an active Oregon license and wants to add a Washington license, they are applying for a dual license. In this case, the subscriber will need a separate RMLS login for the additional state. It's important to note that we should not create a new account in CRM or Sentrilock; instead, you will add the dual license and the organization they are associated with in that dual state. There are no additional costs associated with obtaining a dual license, and their Sentrilock account remains active under their primary account.

-
Duplicate license
A duplicate license applies when a Participant Broker or another Principal Broker is assigned to oversee an additional office within the same state where they are already licensed. For example, if a Principal Broker is currently associated with an office in Oregon and is now taking responsibility for a second Oregon office, they may need a duplicate license to reflect this expanded oversight.

One-off Admin
A One-Off Admin refers to an administrator whose cost is not included in the organization’s current quarterly admin invoice(s), regardless of whether that invoice has been paid. To identify a one-off admin: Verify that the number of admins listed in the Relations tab matches the number of admins accounted for in the current quarter’s invoices (including any one-off invoices). In the Invoices tab, review all invoices for the current quarter. Since each admin is billed at $50 per quarter, if the total invoiced amount corresponds to the existing admins but does not include the newly added admin, that admin must be billed separately as a one-off. Important: One-off admins are invoiced as merchandise, not as part of a membership, because the organization already has an active membership.

Terms / Invoice Terms
This requires that payment be made under certain terms, typically a time period. The terms of RMLS are due upon receipt, net 5, net 10, and net 25. A paid or partially paid invoice is no longer considered a proforma and may often be referred to as a Terms invoice. A proforma invoice can have terms, but they can only be selected during the membership/invoice renewal process generated by the Billing Systems Administrator or after any NetFORUM user creates a proforma invoice; The user can go in and edit a proforma invoice to have terms. The invoice terms can be seen on a PDF invoice and on eweb. The Invoice terms display a “due date” (the invoice date + the number of days from the invoice date IE. If the terms are net 5, that is five days). So, if the Invoice date is 10/03/24, the due date displayed on a net 5 invoice would be 10/8/24.
