Login at Sentrilock.com
Dual accounts: when adding a dual account in CRM it may take 10-15 minutes to sync over to Sentrilock.
IMPORTANT:
- Only add a team member to a Sentrilock account with permission from the lockbox owner.
Adding Team members
- Click on the Users tab on left column menu bar
- Search Field: change to Full Name
- Search Value: enter full name
- click on subscribers name that is not their primary. (shouldn't have an account number.)
- select Account Settings (left column)
- locate Team Members on this page
- click on +sign
- enter the persons name, wait for it to drop down and click on it
- click on +sign one more time
- Save
- Note: this procedure is a reciprocal one.
- The other subscriber or in a dual situation the same subscriber must perform these same steps for the team to work.
- You can do this for the subscriber by logging in as them. Their ID and password is located in the Card Carrier PDF. (see Users tab image)
- Once logged in as them or they log in themselves
- click on the envelope
- click "Approved"
- log out of their account
Removing Team members
- Click on the Users tab on left column menu bar.
- Search Field: change to External ID or full name.
- Search Value: enter External Id or full name depending on what you choose.
- click on Subscribers name that is underlined.
- select Account Settings (left column).
- locate Team Members on this page.
- click on red X next to person they want removed.
- Save
- Note: this procedure is a reciprocal one, the other member of the team must perform these same steps.
