1. Prior to leaving cell or Wi-fi service open the SentriKey® app. Opening the app will allow it to sync with the Sentrilock network, and update listings and lockboxes.
2. Once you have opened the app and see the home screen you can close it. DO NOT FORCE CLOSE THE APP (swipe away), leave it running in the background or it will not work.
3. Once you reach the remote location put your phone on Airplane mode. Doing this helps the phone function better in a remote location.
4. Press ENT on the lockbox keypad.
5. The phone will use Bluetooth® to open the key compartment.
6. Once you return to data or Wi-fi range turn off Airplane mode so the SentriKey® app updates the showing information.
