Scenario:

• Subscriber is Primary with Lincoln County Board of REALTORS - FLEX MLS
  • They can use a LCBOR lockbox but will have to Customize the Region to show as RMLS -
    • User Profile
    • While in Lincoln County or RMLS region, go to the profile and toggle to the Primary area.
    • If in LC toggle to LC
    • If in RMLS region toggle to the primary region

How to Customize Region on lockbox

• Customizing a Region on the SentriKey App:
  •  Tap the Menu button (three bars in top left – hand corner).
  • Go to “My Lockboxes”.
  • Go to “Assign/Unassign Property”.
  • Choose the lockbox you are assigning.
  • Select listing to which you are assigning the lockbox, select “Assign to Property”.
  • The next screen that will appear, it will allow you to customize the region.
•  Customizing a Region on the Sentrilock website:

1.  Log into the SentriLock website.
2. Choose “Lockboxes” on the left column.
3. Search the serial number of the lockbox.
4. Click on the serial number of the lockbox.
5. If the address is not there start adding by typing the street number only. Allow it to give you options, you should see the full address drop down. Select it.
   1. Select a Region: click the drop down arrow to select the region the lockbox will be in.
