How to locate your Sentrilock Account number:
- On the Home page of the Sentrikey App, select the “person” icon that is located either at the top or bottom of your screen.
- At the bottom of this screen, you will find your 9-digit numerical SentriKey account number.
- On the Home page of the Sentrikey App, select the “person” icon that is located either at the top or bottom of your screen.

How to locate your SentriKey ID using the Self-Serve process:
- Visit lblba.sentrilock.com .
- Click on ‘Forgot SentriKey ID’.
- Input the email address associated with your SentriKey ID.
- Click ‘Send email’.
- Check your email inbox for an email from SentriLock LLC with the subject line ‘SentriKey ID Recovery’, where your ID will be listed.
