Step 1: Download and Complete the Form

• Download Form 1360: RMLS SentriLock SentriKey® Authorized User Agreement.
• Fill out all required fields.
• Include: 
  • Your signature (RMLS accepts either a wet signature or a legal digital signature service such as DocuSign.)
  • Participant Broker’s signature (same requirements apply).

Step 2: Understand the Fees

• SentriLock access: $33 per quarter
  • (Fees are prorated based on when you add the service.)
• One-time Sentrilock activation fee: $25
   

Step 3: Submit the Form

• Email the completed form to frontdesk@rmls.com or fax to 503.230.0689.
• Standard processing time: 1 business day.
• Need it faster? Add “URGENT” to the email subject line.

Step 4: After Processing

You will receive an email from RMLS with:

• Invoice for the service
• Link to a short training video (11 minutes): SentriLock Lockbox Training Guide

If this is your first time signing up, you’ll also get an email from SentriLock with:

• Your SentriLock ID
• Instructions to: 
  • Download the SentriKey® Real Estate App
  • Create a PIN and Password
• Once complete, you can log in and start showing homes!
  (If you had SentriLock before, use your existing credentials.)

Does the Service Include a Lockbox?

• No. Lockboxes are sold separately.
• You can purchase a lockbox at your local RMLS office once you have a listing.
• To save time, call 503.236.7657 to pre-purchase.

• SentriGuard Lockbox: $140 each (2025–2026 pricing)
