RMLS Staff and Subscribers can report a lockbox as lost or stolen via SentriLock's website
Report Lost or Stolen
- Click on the Lockbox tab
- Search Field: choose serial #
- Search Value: enter serial #
- click Search
- Verify you have the correct owner
- click on the three ellipses on far right of the serial #.
- select Mark as Lost Stolen Hidden
- check both email notification boxes
- make an applicable note with your initials
- click Mark this box as Lost/Stolen

How to Restore a lost or stolen Lockbox
- Click on the Lockbox tab
- Search field: Lockbox serial number
- Search value: enter Lockbox serial number
- click on the Serial # that is underlined
- select Restore this Lost/Stolen box button
- the lockbox will not be seen by the owner in SentriKey, only by RMLS staff
Correspondence - CRM
- Make or add to an existing note Subject: LOCKBOX

note: make a header separate from purchases called, LOST/STOLEN, enter the serial number and posted as such in SL initial and date
- if recovered add sub note: RECOVERED
- note: found s/n xxxxxx and restored in SL. Date and initial

Lost/Stolen only:
Add Request & Activity note for safety tracking - CRM
- while in Correspondence
- scroll down to Requests and activities
- click on the +sign to the right
- Origin: drop arrow down and choose one
- reason: Lockbox
- summary: makred s/n# xxxxxx lost/stolen in SL
- detail: enter the address the lockbox was on if you know it
- status: closed
- priority: low
- uncheck e-mail notification - automatically send to customer
- Save
- scroll down to Requests and activities
This step allows for accurate queries that Dawn Barton runs for safety tracking purposes to determine if a certain area is experiencing heavy theft.
