- A. The lockbox owner or anyone that has privileges through a team.
Q. Does the lockbox have to be assigned to a listing?
- A. No it does not. This works great for contractors who work early hours preparing the home to be listed!
Q. Who is this ideal for?
- A. Agents, homeowners, and contractors that are not subscribers.
Q. How long is the code good for?
- A. It can be activated for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to a maximum of 31 days.
Q. How does it work?
FlexCode® Steps Using the SentriKey® App.
- Tap the menu bars.
- My lockboxes.
- Get Access Codes.
- Select the serial number of the lockbox you want the code for.
- Assigned to: enter the name/company/description information you are assigning the code to.
- Information on date range.
- Grant access for any future date and range from 30 minutes to 31 days, starting and ending on any hour or half-hour.
- Generate up to four unique FlexCodes® with identical start and end times with independent access history tracking.
- Assign up to 16 FlexCodes® with overlapping active time periods for use on a single lockbox at one time.
- Designate FlexCodes® for key bin access and shackle release.
- Valid From: enter beginning date and time.
- Valid To: enter the end date and time.
- Press Get FlexCode®.
