Property Access Settings - Direct Selection. This follows the listing not the lockbox

• How to setup:
• Go to hamburger menu
  • Tap My Lockboxes
  • Then Property Access Settings
  • Select Listing
  • If it’s not assigned, you’ll be prompted to assign to a lockbox
• The agent can set the showing instructions which consist of
  • Standard Instructions
    • Knock first, remove shows, lock doors… etc
  • Special Instructions
    • This is a text box for the agent to indicate if there is something special the showing agent needs to know
  • Alarm Instructions
    • If there is an alarm code- the code will display
• When finished tap Next
• Agent can set up homeowner notifications
  • Only 2 homeowners can be set up
  • When finished, tap Next or Skip
• If the agent turns on or skips - gets success message
• Property Access Settings has been turned on
