Change the password in the SentriKey App

• click on the image of a person, and then click on the pencil on top right. This will allow them to edit and provide the option to change the password.
• Fill out the required fields.
  • Current password.
  • New password.
  • Confirm new password.
• Click Change Password.
• If the agent does not know their password, you can give it to them after asking their security question in CRM.

Change the password at Sentrilock.com

Step 1: Access Account profile:

• RMLS Staff instructions:
  • search for subscriber and click on underlined name.
• Subscribers:
  • click Manage My Account on the left.

Step 2: Account Settings

• click Account Settings on the left.
• click the Change Password button.
  • Fill in the required fields.
    • Current password.
    • New password.
    • Confirm new password.
  • If the agent does not know their password, you can give it to them after asking their security question in CRM.
