Change the password in the SentriKey App
- click on the image of a person, and then click on the pencil on top right. This will allow them to edit and provide the option to change the password.

Fill out the required fields.
- Current password.
- New password.
- Confirm new password.
- Click Change Password.
- If the agent does not know their password, you can give it to them after asking their security question in CRM.

Step 1: Access Account profile:

RMLS Staff instructions:
- search for subscriber and click on underlined name.

Subscribers:
- click Manage My Account on the left.
Step 2: Account Settings
- click Account Settings on the left.
- click the Change Password button.

Fill in the required fields.
- Current password.
- New password.
- Confirm new password.
